ข้าพเจ้ายินยอมรับข้อตกลงทั้งหมด  โดยมีข้อตกลงดังนี้

1. ข้าพเจ้าจะจำหน่ายสินค้าในราคาที่บริษัทกำหนดเท่านั้น
2. ข้าพเจ้าจะไม่ขายสินค้าให้ผู้ที่โดนตัดสิทธิ์การเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่าย
3. หากพ้นจากการเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายแล้ว ข้าพเจ้าจะไม่ใช้รหัสตัวแทนเก่าไปใช้ในการจำหน่ายสินค้า หรือจำหน่ายของแท้ปนของปลอม เพื่อหลอกหลวงลูกค้าหรือตัวแทนท่านอื่น หรือการกระทำอื่นๆ ที่ทำให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิด อันเป็นเหตุทำให้บริษัทเสียชื่อเสียง
4. ข้าพเจ้าจะไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลอันเป็นความลับของบริษัทให้ผู้อื่นรับรู้

หากข้าพเจ้าไม่ได้ทำตามข้อตกลงข้อใดข้อหนึ่ง ข้าพเจ้ายินยอมชดเชยค่าเสียหายให้แก่ นางสาว ณัฐณิชาช์ เครือธนสิงห์ เป็นเงินจำนวน 200,000 บาท และถูกตัดออกจากการเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายทันที สัญญานี้จะไม่สิ้นสุดลง หากข้าพเจ้ายังคงจำหน่ายสินค้าของบริษัทอยู่  ข้าพเจ้ารับทราบทุกข้อตกลงและยินยอมรับข้อตกลงทุกประการ

I agree to accept all agreements. The agreement is as follows

1. I will only sell products at the price specified by the company
2. I will not sell products to those who have been disqualified
3. If it is out of the dealer. I will not use the old agent code to sell. Or sell genuine counterfeit. To fool clients or other agents. Or other actions. Misleading That's why the company lost its reputation
4. I will not disclose the company's confidential information to others

If I did not comply with one of the agreements. I agree to compensate
Miss Nutnicha Krueathanasing for 200,000 baht and was cut off immediately. This contract will not end. If I still sell my products. I acknowledge all agreements and agree to accept all terms.
